Our retail store is located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seatte, WA. We're closed Mondays, but we are there Tuesday through Sunday. We're located right next to Fremont Coffee, so get a delicious coffee beverage, and then stop by!

Buying from TheSilkDragon

All transactions are handled by PayPal, which is trusted and secure. TheSilkDragon.com is run by Schwagbot LLC, which does consignment sales of the clothing on the site. You will see 'Schwagbot LLC' on the shopping cart page, and on your receipt for each transaction.

Shipping

We base our shipping rates on U.S. Postal rates, and add a small amount for additional supplies. We're now shipping internationally! Send us an email for questions about shipping.

Fabric Care

As with any hand-dyed clothing, the first times washing your new Garments there may be excess color. Be sure to wash them separately by hand in cold water and hang dry. We recommend washing them before wearing them for the first time.

Wash your items inside out to protect fabric surface from the constant friction created during washing.

Garments face the most amount of wear and tear during washing so the less you wash the item the longer it will stay looking new.

Returns and exchanges

Please email us at sales@thesilkdragon.com before you return any merchandise for a return or exchange. We will provide with information necessary to perform either.

    Refunds If you are unhappy with anything you purchase from our store, you may return it within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund. You must pay for the shipping cost of the return. Once we verify that the item is in its original condition, we will issue you a refund (less shipping and handling). We can also exchange the item for another item of the same type (different color or size).

    Damaged/Defective items Please let us know as soon as possible about an item that has been shipped to you that is damaged or defective. We will arrange for replacement or exchange of this item, including paying for shipping. If we are out of stock for this item, we will issue a full refund.

    Wrong/not received items Please let us know immediately about an item that has not arrived within the time provided by the shipping method, or if you receive an incorrect item. We will need to know which item(s) were in error (or not delivered), and we will take immediate action to correct your order.

    Color/size exchange If you would like to exchange an item for a different color/size, please send us an email at sales@thesilkdragon.com, and we will send you information for shipping. You must pay shipping.

Sales tax

We collect sales tax on the entire price of your purchase (including shipping and handling) in the state of Washington.
